CLEANING/ PREPARATIONAL MACHINE

After the produced hollow-core slabs have been removed, the production-bed has to be cleaned and prepaired for the next casting. The following actions have to be done:

Cleaning/ brushing the casting-bed
Pulling strands over the bed
Oiling the casting-bed

Rotating brushes in front of the machine to clean te casting-bed(rails). Brushes are easy to exchange.
For the transportation of the strands a system is installed to connect the strands to the machine.
Supplied with a complete installation to oil the casting-bed.
The control-panel (with chair) is placed square to the casting-bed for clear view to both sides.
