EXTRUDER-MACHINE

For the production of the hollow-core slabs the EXCODO Extruder-machine has been developed. Years of experience and innovations can be found in our Extruder-machine, in which modern technology and functionalaty come together in optimal proportion.

The EXCODO Extruder-machine

consist of a basic machine and a slabheight-unit. With our system it is possible to produce different slab-heights with one and the same basic machine. The complete slabheight-units (complete with side-profile and topside vibration group) can be exchanged quick and easy in the basic machine.

Height-units for the following slab-sizes have been included in our range:

165mm     200mm     265mm     320mm     400mm

Technical Specification

Basic Extruder-machine

The basic-machine consists of the following parts:

  • Chassis with adjustable wheels for different slab-sizes.
  • Detachable concrete hopper, approx. 2 m2.
  • 4 pc. driving gears, each 11 kW, to drive the compaction augers.
  • The RPM of each driving gear is adjustable (display with RPM, adjustable by buttons).
  • 4 pc. driving gears, each 5.5 kW, to drive the vibrators inside the compaction augers.
  • Modern electrical switch cabinet with the necessary control units.Universal components are used.
  • For protection the driving gears and the switch cabinet are housed inside a steel cabinet.
  • Cable-drum for electric cable, installed at the back of the machine, to keep the electric power-cable automaticcally taut.

Slabheight-Unit(s)  

The slabheight-unit (set) consists of the following parts:

  • Specially developed long-life compaction augers.
  • Bearing-houses for the compaction augers.
  • Adjustable vibrators inside the compaction augers (Extruder-techni¬que).
  • Tempered follow-pipes.
  • Side-profile plates.
  • Complete vibration group for the topside of the hollow-core slab.
  • Template wire guides to keep the prestressed wires in the correct position.
